Very little organization in the gulf
 
     - a customer that doesn’t know what they want
     - victims getting increasingly desperate
     - basic medical supplies in very short supply
     - “needs” information not available or available only anecdotally
     - needs aren’t consolidated by building, town or even region
     - too many chiefs, no one knows who is in charge of what
     - virtually zero information online for the public about what is needed

BUT if we don’t harness the gathering power of the volunteers we miss a great community opportunity

The need: a readily accessible tool to facilitate gathering and delivery of supplies
